A unique location
The location between the rivers ensures that there is always water underground. The combination of soil and water conditions creates completely unique conditions for viticulture.
The vineyard's best conditions
The field was supplied with potassium and phosphorus. 40 tons of livestock manure per hectare, which was plowed down to a depth of 70 centimeters to reduce fungal and mold diseases. This was done in the summer and autumn of 2019, before planting vines in spring 2020. All vines were planted with GPS to ensure 100% straightness. After sowing, all plants were watered by hand with approx. 2 liters per plant throughout spring and summer. It was a year with a very dry summer.
